Production manager [m/f/d]
With REFA knowledge and solid technical training in the field of metalworking [m/f/d]
Production responsibility in the areas of thermal spraying + cold gas spraying + suspension spraying + mechanical manufacturing
VOS MISSIONS
- Production management includes technical management of production and reports directly to plant management.
- Work preparation, organisation and monitoring of the executing departments in series and individual production.
- Independent coordination of new customer orders in the field of coating technology and mechanical production.
- Personnel management of employees working in the production area.
- Monitoring of production results in the test and series process.
- Communication with customers and suppliers.
- Ensuring occupational health and safety and environmental protection.
VOTRE PROFIL
- Completed training in a metal-related profession.
- Further training as an industrial or craft master, technician or REFA engineer.
- In-depth knowledge of work preparation and production planning (REFA) in the manufacturing industry.
- Very good knowledge of mechanical manufacturing with sound knowledge of materials science.
- Experience in thermal spraying technology is desirable, but for career changers this is an opportunity to acquire specific specialist knowledge.
- Initial professional experience in the field of applied quality assurance.
Votre formation
- Thorough induction into all areas of responsibility by the plant and operations manager over a period of 6 months.
- Weekly feedback meetings with the entire management team.
- Coordinated handover of areas of responsibility.
