Our development team, consisting of material and process specialists, works hand in hand to turn innovative ideas into reality. Whether it involves complex requirements or completely new approaches: Every idea is checked here for feasibility with the utmost precision and care.

By combining state-of-the-art cold spray systems with all common thermal spray processes, we guarantee maximum flexibility and the highest level of technical possibilities. We are able to demonstrate series processes in-house. This allows us to check developments directly and optimize them in a practical manner.

With state-of-the-art CNC turning and milling machining centers, we are also able not only to coat components, but also to manufacture them completely. You receive everything from a single source – from the initial idea to the production-ready solution.
